We promise to keep you updated on the status of your property, will mail you copies of all ads and flyers, and give you updates and showing feedback on a regular basis. 1) We will promptly place your property listing (with multiple photos) in the Multiple Listing Service.
2) We will take quality digital photographs (interior and exterior) and will use these pictures to produce high quality marketing materials.
3) If your property qualifies, we will produce a 360-degree video tour and/or a streaming video tour and publish it on the Internet.
4) In addition to email flyers, we will create marketing flyers to promote your property:
a. A custom color flyer for distribution to the top area REALTORS in Coeur d’Alene and North Idaho.
b. A custom color flyer to be placed in a brochure box at the property.
5) We will write a variety of ads targeting all potential buyers.
6) A direct mail piece will be created and mailed to your target market.
